Arab Countries’ Use of Drones
(AWP) - Arab countries started using the technology of medium-altitude long-endurance UAVs since 2015.
The United Arab Emirates and Algeria were in the forefront of Arab countries using this type of MALE unmanned aerial vehicles.
On Tuesday, the Kuwaiti army announced that the defense ministry has signed a contract with Turkey to purchase Bayraktar TB2 unmanned combat aerial vehicles worth $376 million.
